The hotel rooms were excellent, making our stay very pleasant in a country not known for outstanding accommodations. The rooms were big, clean, but a bit overpriced for what we received.

The hotel is situated right in the heart of the city, making it convenient for exploring the vibrant surroundings. The rooms are spotless and offer a functional desk, which was perfect for my work needs. While the service was top-notch, with friendly staff from the front desk to the restaurant, the only downside was the limited dining options. Despite that, the facilities were excellent, providing a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were outstanding, especially considering the country's standards, with a nice bathroom and cozy bedroom. The service was top-notch, from the front desk staff to the General manager, Edward Cuevas, who made my stay warm and pleasant. The location was superb and quiet, offering a great place to relax. However, the dining options were too basic, and the price could be more competitive.

The hotel had some great aspects like excellent rooms that made our stay very pleasant, but there were also some drawbacks like a stinky smell and being overpriced.
